Erskine House

Erskine House sits prominently on Chichester Street, one of Belfast’s oldest and busiest thoroughfares. The building comprises 100,000sqft of offices, sitting above ground floor retailing. Initially designed speculatively, the building was selected by HMRC to become their new Regional Hub in Northern Ireland.

Oakleaf  worked collaboratively with Graham Construction to deliver new state-of-the-art office areas, multi-purpose rooms, break out areas, core workspaces, tea points and eateries. Notably, the high-specification fit-out considered the needs of a diverse range of staff, with both visible and unseen disabilities, and encompassed inclusive and accessible facilities.
