Operating from a 65,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Heysham, Lancashire, we combine advanced manufacturing capability with Oakleaf Group’s decades of construction experience. This allows us to provide high-quality offsite solutions that improve project certainty and deliver consistent results.
Our expertise includes bathroom pods, utility cupboards, and bespoke offsite solutions. Every product is designed, manufactured and quality checked within a controlled factory environment before being delivered to site ready for installation.
By moving key stages of construction away from site and into our manufacturing facility, we reduce on-site labour requirements, improve build quality and minimise material waste. At the same time, manufacturing and site activities can run together, helping clients shorten programme durations and reduce overall project risk.
