Oakleaf Contracts has been appointed to deliver the external SFS, metal board, and internal drylining package for the ยฃ50m Oasis Academy Temple Quarter development in Bristol, in partnership with Tier 1 contractor GRAHAM Group.

The project will create a new secondary school for up to 1,600 students and forms part of the wider Temple Quarter regeneration โ€” one of the UKโ€™s most significant urban development programmes.

Our scope includes full design coordination and installation of the external SFS envelope and internal drylining systems, supporting the buildingโ€™s structural performance, fire integrity, and internal environment.

The works will be delivered using systems from Etex Group brands Remagin and Siniat, with supply chain support from Minster.

This appointment reflects Oakleafโ€™s capability to deliver complex, technically demanding packages on large-scale Tier 1 projects.

The project will be led by Michael Baker (Director), Philip McCoubrey (Director), and Marius Viljoen (Project Manager).
