The Restaurant and Theatre Building at Dundalk Institute of Technology caters for the needs of over 4000 culinary students. This building covers 6000 m2, designed as a wide open space to allow flexibility for multi-use. The restaurant seats approximately 700 and is serviced by the adjoining kitchens. The Theatre is also designed for multi purpose use to enable the college to gain maximum benefit from the facility. Oakleaf Contracts completed all drylining requirements on this project.
