Currently with 36 workers onsite daily this £2M project started in December 2018. We have a wide range of expertise working on this project including but not limited to; our Project Manager, Ryan Kerlin & Senior Quantity Surveyor, Glenn Anderson. We also have a diverse team of dry-liners, fixers, joiners & labourers who have played a heavy role in ensuring the efficient & effective progression & completion of works on this job.

Throughout this particular job we have carried out a variety of services including; standing stud walls, suspended ceilings, drylining, first & second fix joinery & grounds work. This has been carried out through all 437m2 & 9 floors that will allow The Grand Hotel to host 350 guests at any given time.

We are very proud to have a zero incident health and safety record onsite & strive to finish the job with no recorded incidents.

With still a bit of work to go, we plan to finish work required by Oakleaf in March 2020 - on time & on budget. We look forward to adding this particular project to our collection of completed jobs. The main contractor for this project is Graham Construction who we have worked very closely with in delivering all aspects of the job from start to finish.
