The end of another working week and we are progressing well on our new project at 48-52 York Street.
The new student accommodation occupies a prominent corner site in Belfast adjacent to the University of Ulster Campus. The £30 million, 11-storey student accommodation building will comprise of 307no. studios with communal areas including an entrance lobby and reception, podium garden, gym, indoor / outdoor yoga studio, games room, TV lounge, meeting rooms and informal study areas as well as ground floor retail units.
Oakleaf Contracts are pleased to be working alongside main contractor Turkington and are completing the external SFS, internal partitions and suspended ceilings on this project.
