Dublin Airport T2 & Pier E

The new second terminal at Dublin Airport will be capable of comfortably handling up to 15 million passengers per year. The terminal is designed to meet the needs of both long-haul and short-haul passengers and airlines. This 75,000 square metre three storey curvilinear building designed specifically with travellers' needs in mind makes use of natural light, creates a bright airy space for passengers that is calm and relaxing. A new departures building, Pier E also completed perpendicular to the new terminal, will provide boarding gates and parking for up to 19 aircraft.

This was Ireland's single largest construction site with Oakleaf having worked approximately half a million man hours without a reportable incident to Health and Safety Agency.

In addition to the main T2 contract and Pier E Oakleaf were awarded and completed numerous fit-out contracts including:
Etihad Lounge:  
This executive lounge will welcome business & premier club class travellers arriving from the middle east.
Hangar 2 (Ryanair):  
Included specialist details to incorporate client requirements for security and sound proofing.
Hangar 6 (Aerlingus):  
Included a fast track programme and consists of partitions, drylining and suspended ceilings with some feature bulkheads.
Retail Units:  
These included 'The Jo Malone Unit', 'Wrights of Howth', 'Airport Pharmacy' and 'Hugo Boss'
