Oakleaf have been awarded the drywall & ceiling subcontract package with an estimated contract value of £9m. This sixty week project which commences April 2010 is part of the overall £270m PFI contract led by FCC, Interserve, P Elliott and Allied Irish banks.

Oakleaf is delighted at been chosen as the preferred drywall specialist and been able to have an involvement in the development of a much needed acute health care facility in N.Ireland and the South West region in particular. This appointment follows on from our success at T2 Dublin Airport (£15m), Ireland’s largest infrastructure project which is in the latter stages of completion.
